Workforce Dashboard Roles and User Management
User Management can be handled through a self-service approach within the Workforce dashboard. Once your instance is provisioned, the initial admins are responsible for setting up the instance and then adding other users as needed across the available roles. This streamlined process ensures that roles are appropriately assigned, and access is limited according to each user’s responsibilities.
Roles within Workforce Dashboard
Three primary roles are available for users within the Workforce dashboard: Admin, Helpdesk Staff and Recruiter. Each role has different levels of access and actions available, ensuring flexibility and security in managing your workforce operations.
- Admin: Have full access to the dashboard and all its available features, including the ability to manage the entire Workforce setup and configure settings such as verification policies, data scope, integrations, and user management. Admins also have oversight over all identities in the system, can monitor verification statuses, and manage helpdesk requests.
- Help Desk Staff: Specifically designed for team members who handle helpdesk verification requests. Users in this role have a more limited view of the dashboard, focusing on helpdesk-related task and reviewing verifications.
- Recruiter: Specifically designed for team members who handle candidate verification requests. Users in this role have a more limited view of the dashboard, focusing on candidate-related task and reviewing verifications.
This separation of roles ensures that only authorized personnel can access sensitive sections of the Workforce platform, while enabling helpdesk staff & recruiters to perform their tasks efficiently without exposure to unnecessary data or settings.
